Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 23rd February 2010 will be subject to a service charge of $200. The full conference fees remain payable on and after 23rd February 2010. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content andtiming of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.
