Oleg is currently Head of Capacity Product Management where he is focused on developing the BICS’s Capacity portfolio.
In his more than 15-year experience in the telecom world, Oleg worked as Telecom Sales Account Representative, Data Telecom Consultant (IP and/or ATM based VPN), Data Product Manager responsible for Data Connectivity and finally Expert in backbone related issues in the Regulatory Strategy Group : Unbundling of the Local Loop, Bitstream & Leased Lines as Reponsability.
