She became her degree as Industrial Engineer Electronics in 1994. After building some IT & networking experience at Electrabel, she joined BELGACOM in the engineering department, where she worked for about 7 years as a data network expert. After that, during 4 years, she was responsible as a product manager for the professional data services product porfolio. She was (and still is) one of the driving forces behind Belgacom's converged network strategy with the explore initiative that consists in bringing all professional customers onto a single MPLS based platform. As a teamleader for the managed services, she is currently driving the evolution of this MPLS platform towards an ICT service platform.
