Mr. Torben Brieghel Jensen joined GlobalConnect A/S in 2006 as a Product Manager for Infrastructure. Before that he was a Senior Consultant working with telecommunications for nearly 10 years, and has in addition to that held various positions within Product Management, Network Planning, and hardware/software development. Torben Brieghel Jensen has been within the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years.

Since the start as a Product Manager at GlobalConnect, Torben Brieghel Jensen has created the framework of a complete Carrier Ethernet product portfolio, thereby enhancing and structuring the company’s platform for providing data transmission services to both the carrier market and larger enterprises. Challenges of this process included overcoming ‘way of thinking’ barriers of colleagues and customers to fully realize the value proposition of Carrier Ethernet services as an alternative to IP/MPLS based services.
