Keith Kiernan

Head of Outsourcing & Strategic Partnerships, Telefónica Ireland

Most recently, Keith has been responsible for leading the creation of a major new strategic partnership to establish the first comprehensive mobile network sharing arrangement in Ireland. Prior to this Keith has been directly responsible for all Technology outsourcing and strategic activities in Ireland within Telefoncia. Keith has over 15 years’ experience in managing teams within large global multinational organisations providing internal and external client support to business critical systems and clients. Before joining O2, in February 2005, Keith was responsible for day to day delivery of Infrastructure Operations to Bank of Ireland within HP Managed Services. Keith has also previously held a number of senior roles in the IT and Service industry in both Asia Pacific and North America.
