Ashwani K Khillan Chief Technology Officer MTS India

As the Chief Technology Officer, Ashwani K Khillan brings with him rich experience of over 22 years in Network Technology & Strategy, green-field Network Setups, Network Operations & Network Managed Services.

Ashwani, joined Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (SSTL) in May 2008, as Director Network Planning. Before taking over as CTO, he also worked as Director Network Operations since October 2010.

Prior to MTS, Ashwani has also held key positions at leading telecom companies in India including Huawei India, American Tower, Ericsson, Idea Cellular, Reliance Infocom and Fascel Limited (now Vodafone Gujarat).

Born on August 24, 1968 in Karnal, Ashwani Khillan is a telecom graduate from Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra and has also done PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Beyond business, Ashwani’s interest includes watching cricket, traveling and listening to music.
