Payment

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration or conference papers purchase form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 28th February 2012 will be subject to a service charge of €200. The full conference fees remain payable on and after 28th February 2011.

Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.
