Having joined Tellabs in 2004, Paul initial was initially focused on Tellabs data portfolio, working with customers to develop Ethernet services, leveraging his experience in launching the UK’s first national Ethernet services while at Neos Networks prior to joining Tellabs. Paul also played a key role in developing the value proposition for Tellabs’ industry-leading pseudowire-enabled mobile backhaul solution.
Since launching Tellabs’ ROADM-based packet optical transport system, the Tellabs 7100 OTS, into the EMEA market in 2007, he has been working with customers across the region to understand their transport network requirements and help educate them on the benefits of ROADM and packet-optical technology.
In addition to Neos, Paul previously held a number of product management and marketing positions at FORE Systems (now Ericsson) and Madge Networks. Paul has engineering and management degrees from Cambridge and Stanford universities.
